Marketing and communication in B2B are my great passion. As Chief Marketing & Communications Officer for Lufthansa Industry Solutions, an IT consultancy with 2,500 employees and customers inside and outside the Lufthansa Group, I am responsible for B2B marketing for complex individual services in all areas of digitization, such as AI, IoT or cloud services. I enjoy moderating large events, talks and panel discussions, whether digital or on the big stage.
All marketing topics from PR, SEO, SEA, social media, website, events, design, brand management and market research are part of my job. I am also responsible for direct marketing and manage the sales processes.
My current challenge is to convert the organization and processes to end-to-end content marketing along the customer journey with marketing automation support.
I am a founding member and advisory board member of the IT Executive Club, a platform for networking CIOs in the Hamburg metropolitan region.
